Will never INSURE through budget insurance again!!

I was in an accident in January, where a taxi s****ped the side of my car. I placed a complaint regarding budget insurance not handling the matter appropriately in June 2017. After I complained about the lack of feedback I received from Budget Insurance in June, I got called by a few of their employees. It is now 4 months later and I still have no real feedback regarding this matter. I spoke to a consultant over there and she keeps asking another employee or manager to give me feedback and no feedback has been given by this person. So I am literally sitting in the same boat I was in, in June. I am quite frustrated at this point, as I was guaranteed that I would receive constant feedback on the matter which was in June. The accident happened in January, we are in the 10th month of the year now, and still nobody can tell me what is going on. I feel that this is completely ridiculous as you guys have absolutely no problem taking my money every month (without fail) but when it comes to as little as giving me feedback on a matter, no one has an answer. So I take it that absolutely NOTHING has been done regarding this matter. I have to point out that I am completely annoyed not only with the fact that it is taking this long to be refunded but because you guys are not being professional about giving me feedback regarding the status of my claim. I am absolutely disappointed in this service.
