Why Must Consultants be rude

My daughter Melissa Africa (nee Dreyer) is needing to show she has been insured/ had uniterrupted insurance with Budget. She was insured on my Policy as the regular Driver of the Toyota Tazz Conquest, Melissa Dreyer 02 May 1990. Prior to that she was insured with King Price as the regular drive of the same vehicle so IN SHORT SHE HAS HAD UNINTERRUPTED INSURANCE. Budget who is the Insurer of my Policy as well as Melissa's Policy cannot make the link between the 2, They can find a link with First for Women though. What annoyed me to know end is the Attitide of JADE who is in the CLAIMS department. Kept on telling me I am still speaking. She had access to both Policies as Giles who was the previous consultant also couldn't find it. THEY WASTE MY TIME AND THEN HAVE STILL GOT AN ATTITUDE. I have every right to be upset. Thank you Candice Mckenzie also from Budget for understanding and sorry that you had to experience my wrath because of the incompetence in CLAIMS. They should make an advert of an Actual claims experience, what is the point you are saving money but you need to pay Medical Aid Bills because of High Blood Pressure or Trauma after your claim. My daughter was in tears after speaking to Budget after the accident.
