Why cannot I make a manual payment
Because of unforseen circumstances on my bank account I cannot use it but want to make a manual payment on my insurance and was told by your representative that I can't. I'm not going to open a account for just one off payment as it'll cost money to open and again to close the account. Why cannot I do a manual payment as I cannot see what's the difference, you're still getting the money?
