When will you stop breaking the law ?

I have on several occasions, including by email, instructed Budget Insurance Jhb head office not to use my details for telemarketing. Yet it persists. Most recently my information has been given to the Innovations Group who called me today for telemarketing. I have never consented to this. Misuse of personal information is against the law, including POPI, FAIS, the STIA and the Constitution. I intend to ledge a complaint with FSB if this is not resolved immediately with a suitable written apology.
