What Roadside Assistance should be like

Had an accident last night and needed roadside assistance. I contacted Budget Insurance on WhatsApp and it was easy to do it. A lady called me to confirm they have sent a tow company and that was quick, they sent me a text message with a reference number, the name of the tow company, the name of the tow truck driver and the location of where my vehicle was towed to. I was actually impressed considering that it was a Saturday evening. Now I’m waiting for my claim to be processed.
