What a Rip-Off

I logged a complaint on my dent and scratch policy(my fist claim ever mind you). It was literally a scratch on my car not even a dent.The value to fix was apparently R4500.00, however I had the car evaluated at another place and to fix it was R1800.00. Budget only covers R3000 and can only be taken to a place of their choice which means I had to fork out R1500.00 to cover the balance. They are ripping people off.I will advise people to not take out this cover. rather save your money and fix dents at your own cost.I have learned the hard way. truly a waste of money.
