Well the lady that helped me was super helpful.I basicallywas quite ****ed after noticing my premuim had gone up without any notification or communication from budget This lady didn't just assist me in explaining it all to me but also managed to get my premuim lower than what had initially paid before it had gone up.Still feel its unfair for me to be penalised just because im single and paying R1200 on car insurance
