Welcome to hell: budget insurance

My girlfriend has just had her claim rejected, her car is only 7 months old..it was unfortunately bumped by a drunk unlisenced driver..she was encouraged by the fact that she had an insurance with budget and even though the culprit wouldn't pay budget would..a few hours ago budget got some *********** assessors who tore the car apart and didn't replace what they pulled apart to dump her with the car, they immediately cancelled her policy and literally told her to **** off..they rejected her claim for saying she drove another car for 6 years but insured it for 3 months
