Weak Legal Team and ******** staff at Budget insurance claim number: ***

It has been exactly 3months and 15days since the accident took place and nobody has updated me regarding the access fee. I had horrible experience with a lady named Sesharikan Naidoo at budget insurance, she never updated me on anything . I had to use my own resources plus company resources to struggle getting hold of people from budget insurance. Never in my life have I felt like I wasted money in a company. I have full evidence (video clip) of the accident which shows how the 3rd party knocked my car. yet they keep treating me like I am the one who caused the accident. I sent the video to Latifa Bougard who holds the title of claims cost and risk at telesure investment holding she just ignored my emails and says she did not see any video footage. NO IMPORTANCE WAS ASSIGNED FOR MY CLAIM. yes I have my car back but next year I think I should chancha daaideng!!! (change this pathetic insurance)
