We were assisted by Ms Beverley Naicker. From the very onset she was so kind and professional. She kept us up to date to with our claim, she responded to every email and question we had. She was so patient and took her time to make sure that we understood everything. I am so happy with the outcome as well. Budget is my first insurer. I am so grateful for Beverley, she excellent at her work and she is an overall beautiful person. She must be given an increase and be promoted.
