We took out a policy with them in September 2021, then we got a better quote and we decided to go with another insurance company. What made us really change our mind was their app was a nightmare, it kept glitching. They were nice and said send the vehicle inspection through via email. When we tried getting hold of them to cancel it has been a nightmare. Calls are not returned. My fionce got hold of them Monday, 27 September 2021and asked them to cancel the debit order he was told that another consultant would call him this week. Nobody ever came back to us and they have taken a debit order payment. Please reverse the debit order.
