Waste of time and money

I can not complain about the service because I am not receiving any. I submitted a claim 6 weeks ago and I still have not gotten any response. When I call to find out the what is going on nobody can give me an answer. I cannot believe I have been paying them for four years, and with my first claim nobody can assist me. I would not recommend this insurance to anybody. You will be paying for a service that they cannot provide.
