Warranty Department – Budget Insurance
In 2023, I experienced the same issue with the Warranty Department. I submitted a claim two weeks ago, and to date there has been no communication or feedback. Even when I call, the agents provide inconsistent or unclear explanations. As of now, my claim is still pending with no resolution.
