warranty claim

@hellopeter this is the 4th communique you asked me if i will recommend Budget insurance to a friend and i said No due to poor service i received from them. i wrote ecerything down regarding unhapiness with budget insurance whereby they refused to pay a claim i lodged but every month they were able to deduct my money without any problem. hence i said Budget insurance is a **** even at VW they said they dont allow claims from Budget insurance since they are giving them hard time. so i wouldnt recommend it.
