Someone drove into the side of my wife's car and destroyed the door. Budget refused to pay the R7500 excess so we had to pay it. If you book with Outsurance they take of everything and claim the excess from the other party. They NEVER returned calls, often they hung up on my wife. You pay your premiums for nothing. Don't be a fool. Don't be stupid. You know the truth now. If you use Budget then you choose to be a victim.
