Want my cancelation letter

I called in yesterday to get a cancelation letter was placed on hold for so long just not to get my letter what happened is I had building insurance it was canceled cause I'm living in a government flat so now I only have home content the lady said I will get it before close of business it's the next day already I want to cancel the whole policy cause it's giving me problems my debit date is the 25th BUDGET debits you before that date bad service.
