waiting period

<p>On the 15/12/2016 I submitted a car accident claim can you believe it that until today it is not being finalized on the 15/01/2016 they approved my claim.it seem budget people does not care because from day1 I were the 1 who needs to followed up on my claim I need to phone in everyday and this whole process cost me a lot airtime just to call and get some wrong info.On the 26/01/2015 I call in and the consultant inform me that a cash payment will be avail to me within 3working days and that everything is in order.Yesterday I talk to Tim who said the same story but until today there is nothing.Now I sit I promise the peanelbeater who fix my car I will pay him today now he will think I am a ****.Because of budget Do you think it is fair to me for waiting this long period and still I need to wait.I am really fedup with this whole processes and with budget for me they very quick to put in their debit orders on your account an on the correct date but coming claims pay out you will wait until when</p>
