Waiting 2 years for Budget to settle a claim

Budget Insurance advertising are misleading I try now for 2 years to get a settlement out of them for multiple home contents claim from April 2023 without success because the assessment center with use give a misleading and incorrect information to the claims and because of the dispute the claim was taken over by the Resolutions Department of Telesure who now for 18 months play hide and seek game's. Every 2 months they will reply ' we still busy with claim' That's the only feedback they offered for 18 months. Therefore I was left with no choice to go legal with matter.
