Vuyiwe provides excellent assistance

I wrote a review a little while ago very frustrated with your third party claims process. I am still a bit frustrated as I don't see why you have the process where your client needs to claim first, but I want to compliment Vuyiwe, she got in contact with me and explained everything and has just had a wonderful follow up call with me to give me an update and assure me that she is going to continue trying to help from her side. She is slowly changing my mind about Budget as my view was very negative of them at first due to this situation
