Voucher nowhere to be found

I saw the promo Get a Quote and get R500 Checkers voucher and I decided to do the quote and I went as far as joining Budget insurance. I later inquired about the voucher I did not receive and I was told to wait seven working days. Now my emails are not responded. Where's my voucher because I went through the whole process? I just joined your insurance and already I see a bad side to it. I'm not impressed please send my voucher
