Vhecle claim

I am highly disappointed with the service I received from budget car insurance insurance company. I was involved in a right off accident with my 2015 BMW.l was upto date with my premium. Low and behold they stated asking for my insurance history information of my previous partner that I used to driver for since I am an Uber driver. This becomes more difficult for me to provide history of some other people insurance history At the end they only covered me half on my vhecle worth.now I am stuck I can't replace my vhecle since I was only covered half of the price after 2 months plus of paying loyers to try and recover my money.
