Very poor service Budget Insurance - Mpho Mashishi -Legal dept
<p>I have been emailing Mpho since a month now with no response to my emails. I have provided him all the information as requested but it seems that Budget is trying my patience in the hope that I will eventually give up on trying to recover my excess paid. This is becoming increasingly frustrating as pictures and information provided shows undoubtedly that the third party is at fault. This matter is ongoing since May 2016</p>
