Budget Insurance

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Budget Insurance regarding their car service plan.

The process was frustrating from the start, and it felt as though there were far too many small technicalities and “snags” used to avoid approving a claim. Instead of receiving helpful support when I needed assistance, the experience felt unnecessarily difficult and discouraging.

After my second attempt to make use of the service, I decided to cancel the plan altogether. I have since found a cheaper and more inclusive service elsewhere, which offers far better value and a much smoother customer experience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Budget Insurance’s car service plan to anyone looking for reliable and straightforward cover. Next on my list to review is my car insurance provider, as this experience has made me seriously reconsider the services I am paying for.
