Very horrible experience

I have recently moved to Budget Insurance, with start date being the 01st February 2026. I was assisted by a very helpful and polite customer agent, who was always on the ball. I notified Budget Insurance of the tracking units I have (2) on my vehicle and that it has the 24hr CarWatch. The insurance was confirmed. I was told to upload the documents on the app. I uploaded the tracking certificate on the app and for days did not get a response. Upon calling Budget Insurance in relation to something else, the conversation led to me being asked to send through the tracking certificate via email. I did so and got a response that my tracking unit does not meet the necessary requirements for Budget Insurance. Why could you not access it quicker on the App and notify me sooner so I could attend to what was required. Get your apps working properly. Furthermore, it was confirmed by my tracking company and the customer service agent that my tracking devices actually do comply with the necessary requirements for Budget insurance and this was escalated to the tracking team at Budget Insurance. What is the frustrating thing is that I cancelled my previous insurance which only covers me till the end of January and it is almost at the end of the month, and I am notified now about the issue. My cover is supposed to kick in with Budget Insurance at the 1st February which is only a few days away, and we are approaching the weekend, and I am having this problems with them. The tracking department can atleast work a little faster to get back to me so we can attend to the necessary, if needed, but this is not the case. Highly problematic company already.
