Very happy

I was having trouble with my old insurance company when I bought a new car, they were deducting money for my old car as well even though I was assured they wouldn't. I went online on Budget to get a quote to move from the old company. I had trouble inserting my work address as it's in the middle of nowhere, as I was struggling an agent called me on my cellphone to ask if he could assist me. It only took a few minutes for him to get all my details and give me a quote, which I was very happy with and I switched over to Budget the same month. I recently wanted to also insure my cellphone, the signal was so bad at work the call kept dropping and the agent never gave up trying to reach me and called me back. When I got home he took my details, gave me a quote and activated it within a few minutes. The Budget website is so user friendly, I can very easily manage all my details.

Other companies can learn from Budget what real customer service is, I am very happy I made the switch.
