Very Dissappointed with Budget Insurance and the way they do business

on the 2nd July 2021 my husband and i were involved in an accident Westbound on Newlands West Drive at around 3:55pm. A white Kia bakkie insured with Budget Insurance rammed into our vehicle a Pearl White Honda CRZ which we knocked into a Blue VW Polo which knocked into a taxi. the driver of the Kia worked for a courier company called First Freight. we got our attorneys to assist in contacting the owner of the vehicle which she was giving them the run around. eventually she gave them the Claim number which at first was incorrect our attorney had to contact the Telesure group which Budget in underwritten by and he managed to get the correct claim number. i contacted jeanique from Budget and she advised me to send through all required documents which i did and then was advised of the process. i did also send the photos to Straighthrough where they did a digital assessment, which todate they have not advised of the amount. i contacted Budget on 15 November 2021 to follow up on the claim and was told that the claim was rejected as their client advised that they are not the cause of the accident and that the accident occured before the driver rammed into us. Our attorney requested the rejection letter which they onlu sent on Monday and on the rejection letter there is no date as to when this was so called sent to us. i need someone from Budget to contact me as their client has not given proof stating that the collision occured before he can ram into us and how does that justify not paying for my vehicle. i have all photographs and a diagnostic report from Honda advising that my vehicle has a rear end collision. if i do not get a response i will be taking them up with the Ombudsman.
