Very disappointed with household insurance
I am very disappointed with the household insurance cover. The chest freezer was not cooling. Budget sent an assessor and had given a report that it was not working. Budget was giving me R2500 and the access was R3100, hence I was not compensated. There is no value add to household insurance. I will be cancelling my household insurance with Budget.
