Very disappointed!!
After my car was sent in for repairs, it still had problems so I called budget insurance and gave them all the faults, they said they would call me back but never did, after getting a hold of their kzn district repairs manager they booked my car in with the same repair shop. I was told I'd get my car back the same day or a courtesy vehicle would be provided, I had to call them at 15:40 just to be told that they don't know how far along my car is and I'd have to see for myself how I got home, I am very upset with Budget insurance!!!

26 Nov 2020, 08:03My car broke down again and budget insurance booked it in at Keith's panel shop again, this is the 8th time my car has gone there and I am without a car for more than a day yet budget insurance said I will get a temporary car should they need take it for more than 24hrs, at this point I'm considering cancelling my insurance with budget and fixing my car myself because clearly nobody knows what they are doing
