VERY BAD SERVICES

I had joined Budget insurance last year, had thought that my car is fully covered except the accident cover which was explained to me that it means I won't be covered if I bumped and damaged my car. The gentleman who was assisting me didn't mention that the car is not covered if someone broke into my car. I have claimed that someone broke in and the windows and a side mirror was broken. Budget insurance refuses to pay the damages as I have tried numerous times. And have since waiting to speak to the manager Danielle which they said she was in a meeting and will get back to me till today no response. I really need help. I have the recording to the conservation that I had when the contract was open.
