Very bad service from budget insurance

I'm really disappointed in budget insurance claims consultant by the name of Tebogo Mahlo my car is at the panelbeaters and since last week she said she will call me back till now she hasn't called and the panelbeaters can't release my car and it's a working vehicle so everytime i call budget claims department she is always busy I've left countless messages for her to call me back till now she hasn't... Is this how budget threats their clients I'm very disappointed.
