Very bad service and o after sales service

I canceled my insurance then they still deduct my premium off my bank account. Calling them is useless as they only say they will assist but never does. This is the reason why I also left as there service are just as bad as there lies. I asked them to reverse my payme t but still nothing. My ID nr is *** so you can see that I did cancell
