Very Bad service

It’s only been weeks and I’m already regretting my decision. Budget is very quick to debit and make your life easier for them to debit you. But I am not covered because my car has not yet been inspected, I have been calling, emailing and no one seems to come to my assistance. They want you to self inspect but their website is broken. I basically paid them for nothing because my car is still not covered. Come time to claim and this is what I’m going to experience? I’m extremely disappointed, this proves that they only care about money and not about their customers.
