very bad experience service with Budget insurance

good day

kindly assist i have car insurance with Budget insurance. i bought a car at SMD in 2015. the car was accident damaged. the car had a damage in a rear bumper and the front bumper was completetely damaged and removed from the car

i changed both fromnt and reat bumper and the insurance are saying they are not the same bumpers and is true because it was damaged and i changed them

also the insurance said i changed so many things and if i buy a car about 9 years ago by now i changed some of the things and sometimes to look good

they went to smd and they confirmed that the invoice is the same and that i also bout a car at SMd and now they want to thretern me that the car is not the same because i changed the bumper and yes the bumper is not the same. they said ther only existed for 1 day the 9 but i sent the photos on the 8 in the morning. i also received a traffic fine

please assist because this is unfair to me
