Very bad customer service , you wait more than a month to be assisted
Yhoo this insurance is really not helpful at a time of need. I regret signing up with them. I claimed on 09 December 2023, I have not been assisted until today, 08 January 2024 a month later. Still waiting to be assisted. This is very disappoint shame
