Very bad attitude and service from Jabulile

I called yesterday to add items or update my policy and i spoke to a lady called Sijabulile. Using my own airtime and my own time even had to reschedule meeting because of the call we spoke for over 1hr and we got cut and called back and we continued with the call. When concluding the call ot was agreed she will send me a quote for the additionals which never happened. I called again yesterday and i was advised nothing was captured and i was not happy with that and did not want to start afresh but wanted Jabulile to account for wasting my time. We tried with a new lady but our call was cut and we never hot a chance to reconnect thereafter. I called again today and i was advised by another consultant and i told the other consultant that Jabulile will have to listen to our recorded call and redo the quote and it needs to be sent urgently as i am not insured. Jabulile even made a commitment that the tracking company will call me which never happened.
