Very annoying-they dont listen. Only wanted a quote and instead got signed up without consent.
So annoyed with these insurance companies. You guys all do the same thing. All just trying to make the sale. My husband and I were simply looking around for quotes to compare for cover for a vehicle which we are still finalising with the dealer. So far its been down to 2 or 3 companies that we like but have not decided. And now I get an email from you guys saying "thank you for joining"???? Seriously?? Your consultants need to learn to listen when a person says "I just want a quote"

We have discussed the policy which was set to commence at a later date with the policy holder. He confirmed that only a quotation was required and that the cover is no longer needed.
