VAP insurance ****

Budget insurance VAP department is the worst of its kind. I once claimed with this in 2019 and they rejected my claiming stating the damage exceeds the insured amount.

I gave them another chance this year, I claimed again using a different car. Was given the claim number ***-1, went through the whole process but now they are mute. All my calls go unanswered and so are my emails. No wonder I cancelled my car insurance with them, they offer terrible service.
