VAP

Budget insurance don’t **** me off right now. Why can’t you stay away from my account??? You keep trying to find ways to take my money for things I didn’t sign up for. Your consultant decided to sign me up for VAP amounting to R417 since inception, after a whole back and forth of fighting evidence, you said you’d refund me. I have not even received my refund and you’re charging me again from VAP yesterday. What’s that for??? Yes they made me another offer and said I should think about it but I have not even gotten back to you guys but you’re still charging me again, in 1 month. What’s the R94 for VAP you changed yesterday for? It seems we don’t get along, I’m definitely lodging a complain to Ombudsman. What a disappointing experience
