Value for Money-Best Roadside Assistance

I just want to comment Budget Insurance for excellent customer service and response time to roadside assistance. My battery went flat so i was stuck and their roadside assist was there within 15 minutes of having registered my claim.

I moved from Alexander Forbes Insurance (AFI) to Budget Insurance because AFI roadside assistance and customer service were just apalling to say the least(my last roadside assist exp with AFI was a 3hrs waiting time, being put through from oneclaim assistent to the next, and each time having to re-explain and resubmit my roadside assist claim. This 15minute TAT with Budget Insurance(which is anyway more cost effective than AFI, same full comprehensive cover, just much better quality of service) is such a breath of fresh air. I don't regret the move.

Thumbs up Budget Insurance. Im referring all my friends to Budget. And im daring those who are not with Budget as yet, and seeking an insurer to choose Budget.
