Value added service policy

I took out value added service with budget insurance for dents and scratches.I used to get a reminder when my car licence disc expires.I called them and the could not find that policy on their system.I was told I should have rims and tyres cover to have licence disc renewal.I spoke to Smilo who was liaising with that department.They told him they will log a complaint on my behalf because I was not happy,every month they debit me R332.42 for that cover.I requested a policy document via their WhatsApp but they kept sending me a document for my comprehensive and house hold insurance.To my suprise when I logged in to their App/Website the policy status is cancelled.I need to know who gave instructions to cancel the policy and why are they still debiting me.I need a full premium refund from the date it was cancelled
