Value Added Products not part of insurance policy

I have cancelled my insurance in 2011. They have deducted value added products for the last 9 years. I am since 10 March 2020 trying to get feedback. According to them if I cancel my insurance policy number xyz the value added products with the same insurance number can still be deducted for years because I didn't cancel that policy...
