Utterly useless 🤬🤬

So I am a first time csr owner, and I chose to have my insurance with Budget insured. However I feel that they are utterly useless. I went on Google to search for their number, and when I dialed it said the number does not exsist! I did request a call back on the 8th of September 2021 and the 15th Of September 2021. And I even went so far to send an email!! If I can't get hold of them now, what happens when I am in an accident! Will they then be able to assist?
