Utterly unprofessional

I contacted Budget Insurance in December for a quote on my motor vehicle. They offered me the best quote. I told the consultant that I need to insure my vehicle for business insurance as well as I'm on the road everyday to see clients. He sent through the quote and had left out the business insurance, in return I corrected him and the premium had to be increased. The business insurance was added on and I accepted the quote, the consultant then sent through my policy. I read through the policy and found numerous mistakes including my registration number and the fact that the policy stated that my vehicle would be parked at my residential address during the day. Logically if I use my vehicle for business purposes why would it be parked at my residential address during the day. After numerous emails and no response with my corrections to the policy, I phoned the company. I asked to speak to a manager who then held that my premium would have to be increased once again for the third time. This was the companies mistake and the manager held that he would take 48 hours as per their policy, to investigate the matter and what was discussed between the consultant and I. I sent numerous emails with not a single response from the manager, the consultant or the department who sent through my policy.

This could have been resolved in a professional manner, not once did any of my emails get a response, this lead me to cancel the policy and only when I then cancelled the policy, and asked for a refund, did they respond with the refund.
