UTTERLY TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED

had insurance with Budget on my vehicle and what a mistake it was. Took the policy out in mid July, never received my policy documents even tho constant emails was sent. Eventually on 29 August we got a better quotation from another insurance company. we emailed the consultant at Budget insurance and he response to our email. WOW..........first time he decides to email us back. Good now our policy is cancelled. well that's what we thought. we send another email on 30 August asking him to confirm that the policy is cancelled and guess what......no response. on 2 September our bank account is debited by Budget insurance. on 3 September, I call them only to find out my policy was never cancelled. i eventually receive an email stating my policy is now cancelled. now the battle begins to get my money back from them which has been a nightmare for 2 days whereby no one can tell me when i will be getting my money back. I am so glad that we changed insurance companies and we will never deal with them again.
