Utterly *********** and rude

Inconsiderate and rude agent and supervisor. I was blatantly refused to get my excess lowered. I was also accused of "lying" when I said my excess used to be lower last year, even though I have a schedule from Budget to prove it. I cant help it if your systems or your understanding on how to navigate your own systems is not up to standard. I am utterly disgusted of how this was treated by the agent and so called manager. your website also does not download the correct schedule - it downloads a schedule for a cancelled policy when I try and download my own schedule. I therefor still don't have my latest schedule, that after the agent confirming I'd receive it within 5 minutes. Not sure how a policy holder is supposed to have confidence and trust in you. if you cant get it right during the policy lifecycle, how are you going to get it right when it comes to claims?????
