\How would I describe Budget Insurance?\"<br> <br> -pathetic, useless, ***********, ******, disinterested, unhelpful, bureaucratic and the list could go on. <br> <br> You'd be hard pressed to find an insurance company that is more ***********, blase in attending to their clients requests, more out of touch with reality and quite honestly- couldn't give a damn about their business. <br> <br> So I guess business as usual for insurances companies - more than willing to take your premiums - but will never pay a claim unless they are legally forced to. <br> <br> How can it be that it take a month to: a) not finalise claim, ignore all requests for an indication of a completion date, request the wrong information, not tell me, wait for me to follow up, ignore me again.....<br> <br> I expect a reply by close of business today."
