utter disappointment on the Scratch & Dent add on from Budget Insurance
I am deeply disappointed in Budget Insurance Scratch & Dent provision which I have taken along with my comprehensive plan.
I am in the position to make use of it only to be told that the scratches I have on my car can not be paid for it as the scratches were texture, the plan does not say that the scratch should not be 'textured'. I wish they could be more upfront with customers when offering this add ons.

25 Mar 2026, 12:10still no amicable resolution from a call received from Yvonne, however, they were to first to debit my account for their premium. I am cancelling it for sure as this Scratch & Dent cover is just was of money, pouring your hard earned cash into something that will never provide you what it promised to cover when in need. I just do not want your recognition of my disappointment but a favourable action I deserve. Thank you very much but no thanks.
