USELESS SERVICE FROM BUDGET

I submitted a claim on my scratch and dent cover the scratch is not even a center meter long, i was told i have to take my car to Auto Magic in Midrand to get assist it, i get there the a the person tells me it will take 5 days to fix my car as the doors have to be total sprayed with the back do aswel, Mind you this is a not even a 1cm long scratch, my cover only cover up to R3500, and the assist cames to R7500 FOR a SCRATCH NOT EVEN 1cm long and again i had to follow up with budget regarding the update the consultant called once 08.30 on Monday morning i missed the call and she didnt call back, budget us not budget at all more useless
