Useless review process

My claim was rejected with a reason that i did not declare the regular driver, while i had a policy that allows anyone to drive my car as long they have permission and a valid driver's license. I then lodged a complain or ask for review. The review comes back with a different reason, than the one given, to say the car was registered as shuttle or taxi, with no evidence of such attached. Funny enough is that this report comes the day that my case is registered with the Ombudsman with the initial rejectection letter. Its now confusing for which reason is the claim being rejected. On the recording i clearly state that the car is being used for private or personal use, i believe if they think otherwise the honors is with them to provide me with such information,however they don't provide such. Budget are in a money making scheme not there to protect anyone. Be careful of this people.
