Useless insurance, NO HELP WHATSOEVER
Absolutely pathetic service, been a week and no contact on your accident claim and no processor. Take our money every month faithfully with no actual assistance in need. They didn't even call the 3rd party for notification of liability to pay anything. It is absolutely ridiculous from the agents and departmental heads. Useless, I will be getting all my witnesses involved as this is totally unacceptable. BUDGET DOESN'T SIDE WITH CUSTOMERS THEY USE US TO GET MONEY AND HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION. DONT EVER TAKE BUDGET INSURANCE THEY ABSOLUTELY USELESS
